Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious with a bedroom, toilet, bathroom, and a living area, along with two balconies, making it really comfortable. The staff members were excellent and very nice, offering fantastic service from the time we arrived till we left. The location was beautiful, just outside the city walls and an easy walk to the main center and tourist sites. The dining options were impressive, with a wide variety of delicious goodies served. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quite basic, lacking sunlight and views, giving a 2-star feel, but they were clean. On the bright side, the pool view was nice. The service was excellent, with a standout team going above and beyond for guests. The location was convenient to explore the city, but it could get noisy with children around. The dining experience was delightful with a vast selection of tasty dishes, though the high breakfast price was a letdown.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and had their own patio, but the service was lacking at times. The location was convenient, but the pool area was relatively small. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a variety of Moroccan and European dishes.
The hotel is at the end of the building but situated in a lovely and peaceful neighborhood with nice restaurants around. The rooms were old and tired and not very clean, which was a bit disappointing. However, the buffet breakfast was of high standards and delicious. The service was uninterested and inattentive, needing prompts to assist. The location was large with enough quality sun loungers, but disturbances from loud music affected the peaceful atmosphere. The price for dining was on the expensive side, about £20 per day. However, the hotel is conveniently located for exploration, with attractions like the Soukaina hostess and Sofitel nearby.
I loved the location of the hotel, just a short walk from the old city, with beautiful surroundings. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Aya for her warm and attentive care. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of choices, and the rooms, although basic, were comfortable and met the Sofitel luxury standard. A fantastic stay overall!
